Session times, speaker names, where the stage is. That's all we need. We'll coordinate with your venue and AV team before the day.

We Show Up

Same two-person crew every time. We work with your AV team, not around them. Sessions and the recap land in a shared folder within days, with unlimited revisions.

Event Packages

Every package is a full shoot day with Josh and Brandon on site, clean audio from the house board, and edits back to you in days. No quotes, no calls to find out what it costs.

Full day of keynote stage coverage, up to 8 sessions. Each one cut, color-graded, and delivered individually with clean board audio and a title card. Single camera; +$750 per additional camera. Slide Sync +$250 per session.

Best for conferences and multi-speaker days.

A full shoot day of highlights-style coverage — the stage, the room, the hallways, the moments in between — edited into one recap film. Send it to attendees after the event or use it to sell next year's. 2–3 day edit, licensed music included.

Best for post-event sends and next year's promo.

We roam between sessions capturing attendee reactions, takeaways, and quick interviews, then cut them into a single montage. Individual cut-downs +$250 each.

Best for social proof and sponsor decks.

Two-camera Keynote Coverage, Recap Film, and Testimonial Montage on one event. One shoot day, three deliverables, $1,250 off à la carte.

Questions we get

Do you work with the hotel's AV team?

Yes. We pull a clean audio feed from the house board and stay out of their sightlines. We're not AV — we're the crew making the content, and we've never had a problem sharing a room.

What does "up to 8 sessions" mean?

Eight keynote or main-stage talks in one day, each delivered as its own video. Fewer sessions, same price. More than eight, or breakout rooms running at the same time, tell us and we'll price it.

How fast do we get the videos?

Individual sessions and testimonials within a few days. Recap Film in 2–3 days of edit after the shoot. If you need a same-day cut for social, ask — it's usually doable.

Can we use the footage for next year's marketing?

Everything we deliver is yours to use however you want, forever. That's the point of the Recap Film.

Do you travel outside Kansas City?

Yes. Anything outside the KC metro adds travel at cost, quoted up front.

What if our event is two days, or has more than one stage?

Send the run of show. We'll price it the same way — one number, before you book.

Can our hotel or venue book this for us?

Yes. Ask your event sales manager to add KC Video Club to your event order. Same packages, same prices, and it lands on your master account.

Do you do live streaming?

We do. It's not one of the packages because every stream is a little different, so just ask and we'll talk through what you need and give you a number.
