Where events happen in Kansas City, KS
Kansas City, Kansas has two event centers of gravity. Out west it is Village West: the Legends, Kansas Speedway, Children's Mercy Park and the hotels and headquarters around them, which means sports, brand activations and corporate hospitality. Closer in it is KU Medical Center and the institutions of Wyandotte County, which means medical conferences, community health events and the university calendar.
Both are inside our metro coverage zone. A keynote at a Village West hotel or a symposium at KU Med prices exactly like a downtown Missouri event, with no travel line.
- Children's Mercy Park — corporate hospitality, sponsor activations and stadium events
- Kansas Speedway — brand activations and large outdoor events
- The Legends and the Village West hotels — conferences, launches and sales meetings
- KU Medical Center — medical and research conferences, community health events
- Kansas City Kansas Community College — commencements and civic events
- Hollywood Casino and Great Wolf Lodge — meetings and association events

The reveal, the demo and the reactions, cut for social within days.
How the day runs
Send us the run of show: session times, speaker names, where the stage is. We call your venue and your AV vendor before the day to sort out stage access, power and a line-level audio feed, because clean keynote audio is the difference between a film and a recording. On the day it is the same two people every time, Josh and Brandon, one on the stage and one roaming, with a lit interview corner set up in the pre-function space so we can pull speakers and attendees between sessions without anyone missing a session.
Vertical cut-downs can go out the same day if you book them. The recap film and the individual session edits arrive within about two weeks, with unlimited revisions, so a round of notes from the sponsor or the CEO is not a change order.
What it costs
The Event Recap on the standard menu below is $7,000: a full day of coverage cut into one recap. Conferences and multi-speaker days use the lineup from our event video page instead. Keynote Coverage is $5,000 for a full day on the stage with one camera, up to eight sessions cut individually with clean board audio; each additional camera is $750 and slide sync is $250 per session. The Testimonial Montage is $3,000, with individual cut-downs at $250 each. The Recap Film is $8,500, highlights-style coverage of the stage, the room and the hallways with a two-to-three-day edit and licensed music included. The Full Package is $16,000 and puts two-camera Keynote Coverage, the Recap Film and the Testimonial Montage on one event, $1,250 off booking them separately. Kansas City, Kansas is inside our standard metro coverage, so there is no travel line on any of these, and hotels and event planners can book the same packages at the same prices and add us to a client's event order.
Who we have worked with
We have produced event work for Commodity Classic, Village Capital, NAYDO's Philanthropy Live, IBM Think, the Digital Wrap Conference and MOCSA, alongside the corporate, nonprofit and brand films on the rest of this site. Everything is shot, directed, cut, colored and mixed by our own crew; nothing is subcontracted and nothing in our portfolio came from somebody else's shoot.

Common Questions
Everything you might want to know before we hit record.
Do you film on both sides of the state line?
Yes. Kansas City, Kansas is home turf, not a travel job. Same rate on both sides of State Line Road.
Can you cover a sponsor activation at Children's Mercy Park?
Yes. Stadium events need credentials and a plan for where cameras can be; we handle that advance work with your team and the venue.
Can you sync slides with the speaker for a medical conference?
Yes. Slide sync is $250 per session on top of keynote coverage, so the deck and the speaker stay together in the edit.
How far ahead should we book?
Spring and fall conference season fills first, so two to three months ahead is comfortable for a full-package booking. Shorter windows happen all the time; ask about your date either way.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Every deliverable is yours to use anywhere, and we hand over the raw footage on request at no extra charge.
