Event videography at T-Mobile Center, priced up front. Keynotes, recap films and attendee testimonials from a two-person crew that knows how the room works, stays out of the way and delivers in days. Packages start at $3,000 and every number is published on this page.
The room
T-Mobile Center is the arena. Nearly 19,000 seats, a full run of premium suites and club spaces, and a calendar of concerts, tournaments, graduations and the arena-scale corporate events that need a stage in the round. It sits on the edge of the Power and Light District, so the reception after the show is a block away.
Arena work is a different discipline from a ballroom keynote. Credentials, sightlines, house lighting that changes by the minute and a floor that moves. We plan camera positions with the venue and your promoter, take a feed from the house board for stage audio, and keep a roaming operator on the concourse and in the suites for the sponsor and hospitality coverage that most crews forget.
How we work T-Mobile Center
- Credentials — Arena events require a credential list and a camera plan agreed with the venue and the promoter. We handle that advance work.
- Audio — House board feed for anything on the stage; wireless lavs for suite interviews and sponsor activations on the concourse.
- Lighting — Show lighting is built for the crowd. Fast lenses and a second position keep the film usable when the rig goes to color.
- Suites and hospitality — Corporate suite events are their own deliverable: the guests, the sponsor presence and the executive interviews cut for the account team.
- Same-day — A vertical highlight can go out before the encore if you book it.
What we film at T-Mobile Center
Corporate hospitality and suite events
The guests, the sponsor branding and the executive interviews, cut for the account team and the renewal deck.
Sponsor activations
Concourse activations and in-bowl branding cut per sponsor.
Arena-scale corporate events
Town halls, product launches and graduations with a stage in the round, filmed with clean board audio.
Concerts and live events
Aftermovies for promoters and sponsors, with the crowd and the moments that sell the next date.
How the day runs
Send us the run of show: session times, speaker names, where the stage is. We call the venue and your AV vendor before the day to sort out access, power and a line-level audio feed, because clean stage audio is the difference between a film and a recording. On the day it is the same two people every time, Josh and Brandon, one on the stage and one roaming, with a lit interview corner set up where the venue allows so we can pull speakers and attendees between sessions without anyone missing a session. Vertical cut-downs can go out the same day if you book them; session edits and the recap film land within about two weeks, with unlimited revisions.
What it costs
The Event Recap on the standard menu below is $7,000: a full day of coverage cut into one recap. Conferences and multi-speaker days use the lineup from our event video page instead. Keynote Coverage is $5,000 for a full day on the stage with one camera, up to eight sessions cut individually with clean board audio; each additional camera is $750 and slide sync is $250 per session. The Testimonial Montage is $3,000, with individual cut-downs at $250 each. The Recap Film is $8,500, highlights-style coverage of the stage, the room and the hallways with a two-to-three-day edit and licensed music included. The Full Package is $16,000 and puts two-camera Keynote Coverage, the Recap Film and the Testimonial Montage on one event, $1,250 off booking them separately. T-Mobile Center is inside our standard Kansas City metro coverage, so there is no travel line on any of these, and the venue's sales team or your planner can book the same packages at the same prices and add us to a client's event order.
Who we have worked with
We have produced event work for Commodity Classic, Village Capital, NAYDO's Philanthropy Live, IBM Think, the Digital Wrap Conference and MOCSA, alongside the corporate, nonprofit and brand films on the rest of this site. Everything is shot, directed, cut, colored and mixed by our own crew; nothing is subcontracted and nothing in our portfolio came from somebody else's shoot.
Not sure the event lands here? Our Kansas City event videographer page covers the other venues in the area, and the event video page has the full menu.

Common Questions
Everything you might want to know before we hit record.
Can you film inside T-Mobile Center?
Yes, with credentials and a camera plan agreed with the venue and the promoter, which we arrange ahead of the event.
Can you cover a suite event during a game or a show?
Yes. That is one of the most common bookings at an arena: the guests, the sponsor branding and short executive interviews, cut for the sponsorship team.
Do you charge travel downtown?
No. Downtown Kansas City is home turf and inside our standard metro coverage.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Every deliverable is yours to use anywhere, and we hand over the raw footage on request at no extra charge.
