Where events happen in Overland Park
Overland Park is where a surprising share of the metro's corporate weight actually sits. The College Boulevard corridor, Corporate Woods and the campuses out along 119th pull national meetings into Johnson County all year, and the Overland Park Convention Center with the Sheraton attached is the room most of them end up in.
So most of what we film here is corporate by nature: sales kickoffs, leadership summits, customer conferences, town halls and the anniversary dinner that somebody has to turn into a film the board will watch. We are based in the metro, so there is no travel line on an Overland Park quote and the crew already knows the rooms.
- Overland Park Convention Center — ballrooms, breakouts and the exhibit hall, with a clean feed from house AV
- Sheraton Overland Park — attached to the convention center, most of the hotel-block meetings
- Corporate Woods — headquarters campuses and the amphitheater for outdoor events
- Aspiria (the old Sprint campus) — the biggest indoor conference footprint on the Kansas side
- Prairiefire — launches, activations and the dinner after the meeting
- College Boulevard hotel row — Marriott, DoubleTree and the smaller sales-kickoff rooms
What we film in Overland Park
Sales kickoffs and leadership summits
The keynote, the awards, the breakouts and the hallway energy in between. Cut into a recap for the people who were there and a highlight for the people who were not.
Customer conferences
Sessions cut individually so your content team has a year of material, plus attendee testimonials filmed between sessions at a lit interview corner.
Town halls and all-hands
One camera on the stage, one roaming, the CEO's remarks cut clean for every office that could not be in the room.
Award nights and anniversaries
The room, the speeches, the moment. A film your people will actually share on Monday.
How the day runs
Send us the run of show: session times, speaker names, where the stage is. We call your venue and your AV vendor before the day to sort out stage access, power and a line-level audio feed, because clean keynote audio is the difference between a film and a recording. On the day it is the same two people every time, Josh and Brandon, one on the stage and one roaming, with a lit interview corner set up in the pre-function space so we can pull speakers and attendees between sessions without anyone missing a session.
Vertical cut-downs can go out the same day if you book them. The recap film and the individual session edits arrive within about two weeks, with unlimited revisions, so a round of notes from the sponsor or the CEO is not a change order.
What it costs
The Event Recap on the standard menu below is $7,000: a full day of coverage cut into one recap. Conferences and multi-speaker days use the lineup from our event video page instead. Keynote Coverage is $5,000 for a full day on the stage with one camera, up to eight sessions cut individually with clean board audio; each additional camera is $750 and slide sync is $250 per session. The Testimonial Montage is $3,000, with individual cut-downs at $250 each. The Recap Film is $8,500, highlights-style coverage of the stage, the room and the hallways with a two-to-three-day edit and licensed music included. The Full Package is $16,000 and puts two-camera Keynote Coverage, the Recap Film and the Testimonial Montage on one event, $1,250 off booking them separately. Overland Park is inside our standard Kansas City metro coverage, so there is no travel line on any of these, and hotels and event planners can book the same packages at the same prices and add us to a client's event order.
Who we have worked with
We have produced event work for Commodity Classic, Village Capital, NAYDO's Philanthropy Live, IBM Think, the Digital Wrap Conference and MOCSA, alongside the corporate, nonprofit and brand films on the rest of this site. Everything is shot, directed, cut, colored and mixed by our own crew; nothing is subcontracted and nothing in our portfolio came from somebody else's shoot.

Common Questions
Everything you might want to know before we hit record.
Do you charge travel for Overland Park events?
No. Overland Park is inside our standard coverage zone, same as downtown Kansas City. The whole metro on both sides of the state line is priced the same; a travel line only appears for events outside the metro.
Can you film at the Overland Park Convention Center?
Yes, and we coordinate with the venue's event services and your AV vendor ahead of time for stage access, power and a clean audio feed. That advance call is what keeps the keynote audio usable.
How fast can we get a highlight for social?
A short vertical cut can go out the same day while the event is still running if you book it. Full recap films and session edits land within about two weeks.
How far ahead should we book?
Spring and fall conference season fills first, so two to three months ahead is comfortable for a full-package booking. Shorter windows happen all the time; ask about your date either way.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Every deliverable is yours to use anywhere, and we hand over the raw footage on request at no extra charge.
