Every price is on the site
Our packages start at $2,000 and every one of them is published: The Short at $2,000, the Story Film at $4,500, the Event Recap at $7,000, the Brand Package at $10,000, and the conference lineup on the event video page, from Keynote Coverage at $5,000 to the Full Package at $16,000. There is no quote form, no discovery call to find out your budget, and no different price for a hotel, an agency or a planner booking on a client's behalf. If you want to add things up before you talk to anyone, the event video estimator does the arithmetic on the page.
The same two people, every time
Josh and Brandon shoot every project. Brandon edits. There is no rotating roster of freelancers, no producer who hands you off to a crew you have never met, and nothing subcontracted. The person who scoped your film on the phone is standing next to the camera on shoot day and looking at the timeline the week after. That is why our shoots are efficient with your team's time: we do not need a briefing on the day, because we wrote the brief.
About two weeks to a first cut
Every package includes a first cut in about two weeks and unlimited revisions after that. Event work can move faster when it is booked ahead: vertical cut-downs the same day, a highlight for the closing session, individual keynote edits within the fortnight. We would rather commit to a date and hit it than promise a rush and miss.
Kansas City is the whole map
Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Independence, Liberty, North Kansas City, Lawrence and everything in between is our standard coverage at the same price, with no travel line. What we are not
We are not the cheapest option in Kansas City, and we are not a national network that resells local freelancers under a city landing page. We are not a big agency with a producer, a project manager and a billing department between you and the edit. If you want a $500 video, there are people who will make you one. How to start
Pick a package, book a call, and send us whatever you already have: a brief, a run of show, three examples you like. We will tell you on the call whether the package fits or whether a different one would serve you better, and we will say so if the answer is a smaller film than you were planning to buy. Then we schedule the shoot, show up, and deliver in about two weeks.

Do you really publish every price?
Yes. Every package on the site is the price you pay, and it is the same whether you book direct, through an agency, or through a hotel's event order. The only additions are the ones listed next to each package, like extra cameras or slide sync on keynote coverage.
Who actually shows up on shoot day?
Josh and Brandon, every time. Nothing is subcontracted and no one else edits your film.
How fast is delivery?
About two weeks to a first cut on every package, with unlimited revisions after that. Same-day vertical cut-downs are available on event work when booked in advance.
Do you charge travel fees in the Kansas City metro?
No. Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Independence, Liberty, North Kansas City and Lawrence are all standard coverage at the published price.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Every deliverable is yours to use anywhere, and raw footage is available on request at no extra charge.
